MindShift Technology uses information submitted through the project enquiry form only to review and respond to that enquiry. We store the fields you submit in a private Cloud Firestore collection and do not sell them.

Public website visitors cannot read, list, edit or delete stored enquiries. Access is limited to authorised people who need it to respond. We retain enquiries for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless an active engagement or legal requirement requires longer retention. Deletion requests can be raised through the contact form.

We may collect privacy-conscious, non-form analytics such as page and conversion events when analytics is configured. Form content is never included in analytics events.
